Kali is a formally trained and certified yoga and meditation instructor who was trained by Sivananda Yoga (London Center) in 2008 and Yoga West Vancouver in 2015. Her passion is to learn, teach and empower. She has been teaching yoga and meditation since year 2014 in Greater Vancouver. She has taught more than 500 private classes and dozens of group classes. She strives to teach yoga in a traditional and authentic way by combining yoga postures, breathing exercises, yoga philosophy, yoga therapy, sound healing, yogic numerology, intuitive self-development/relationship coaching, and meditation in her classes.
